Mary Gerace Galle, on Monday, January 30, 2017 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Irving Frank Galle, Sr. Mary is survived by two daughters: Glinda G. Villemarette and Deborah G. Manichia. She had one son, Irving F. Galle, Jr who preceded her in death. Grandmother of Chad M. Holbrook, Gregg A. Villemarette, Jason M. Galle and Dylan M. Manichia. Mother-In-Law of Kitty A. Galle, Michael S. Manichia and the late Steven Villemarette. Mary was survived by siblings Anthony Gerace and Annie Guerrera, and sister of the late Saraphine, Stella, Rosie, Josephine, Louis, Frank and Sam. A native of Saint Landry Parish and a former Resident of Arabi, LA and resided in Mandeville, LA the past 10 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue Street, Chalmette, LA on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., followed by a funeral mass in Mary’s memory beginning at 1:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens with her husband and son.
