The Karate Program offers instruction in Traditional Karate. Classes are held at Hannan Recreation Complex in Meraux. The Instructor, Darrell Goodyear, is the former Vice President of the USA National Karate-do Federation and has more than 40 years of training and teaching in traditional karate.
New classes are being offered for ages 6 and up. Karate teaches discipline, confidence, respect, life skills and self-esteem. Enrollment is limited. For more information or to register your child call 504-301-9601.
