The St. Bernard Volunteers for Family & Community (SBVFC) held its annual awards luncheon at Rocky & Carlo Restaurant for their members. Guest Speaker was Sheriff James Polhmann who advised the group of conditions in the parish. SBVFC gave the Sheriff 50 tote bags containing a blanket, toy, toothbrush and tooth paste to be given to children who have to be removed from their homes.
