Volunteers from Hempfield United Methodist Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania were in St. Bernard Parish working at the St. Bernard Historic Courthouse. The volunteers are part of the Shout Student Ministries who travel to various cities to offer community service. The group of students planted shrubs and mulch around the building. St. Bernard Parish Officials are appreciative of the work done by all volunteer groups.
