Eddie Harold Beloso, Jr.

Eddie Harold “Butch” Beloso, Jr. passed away on September 15, 2017 at the age of 67. He was the beloved husband of Wynona Levron Beloso of 49 years. Son of the late Eddie H Beloso, Sr. and Ethel Serigne Beloso. Father of Rodney Beloso (Tiffany) and Dawn Beloso. Grandfather of Chais Beloso (Sammy) and Cade Beloso. Great-grandfather of Bess Beloso and Riggins Beloso. Brother of Sherry Legnon (Eddie), Keith (Missy), Karen Cantrell (Lou) and Eric (late Lisa). Brother in law to Durel Levron, Levan Levron (Joann), Lanelle Arceneaux (late Butch) and Deette Geraci (Barry). Godfather of Aude Levron, Snapper Legnon and Evan Geraci and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Grandson to the late Joseph Beloso, Loney McVeay Shaw, Anthony and Josephine Campo Serigne. Son in law of the late Wilsey and Flossie Martin Levron.

Butch was born in New Orleans and was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting with his buddies in Violet. He was also the modern day MacGyver tinkering with cars, boats, tractors and wood working. Prior to retirement he was employed at Tim’s Marine and Custom Boat Mfg. Butch always asked “Wanna cold one?”

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a funeral Mass in Eddie’s memory beginning at 1:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery.
