Frances Place Subdivision neighbors reunite Saturday to remember late residents

Frances Place Subdivision residents in St. Bernard Parish were reunited on Saturday, October 14, 2017, on the neighborhood corner property where their park once was. The reunion has been long sought after for over seven years now. Community resident, Angela Saragusa Bernard, coordinated the reunion, with help from neighbors, and paid tribute to lost loved ones who once resided there.
