At the Kiwanis October 31 meeting, the guest speaker was the new CEO of the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce’s Cathy Juarez. Ms. Juarez gave the meeting her history up to starting her new job and plans to revitalize the Chamber by checking with past and current members for their ideas. Ms. Juarez said, “Businesses are the livelihood of St. Bernard Parish.”
