Rosemary Menner Darby passed on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at the age of 72. Beloved wife of the late Harry Joseph Darby Jr. Loving mother of Gina Darby, Harry Darby III (Missy), Karen Wust (Neil) and the late Anthony Darby (Lisa). Daughter of the late John and Jenny Boe Menner. Sister of Marlene Major, the late John Menner Jr., and Vita Owens. Proud grandmother of Josh Traina, Derrin Clark, Chad McDowell, Renee Darby, Bryce Darby, Justina Wust, John Paul Wust and Anthony Darby, Joshua Darby, Harry Darby, Chris Darby and Brandi Darby. Great-grandmother of Valerie, Gannon, and Weston. Also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Rosemary was born on January 12, 1945, in New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. She was an employee of Canal Villere and retired after 20 years of dedicated service. She then went on to work at Plantation Bar and Grill which she enjoyed greatly. Rosemary enjoyed fishing, water skiing and was an avid New Orleans Saints fan. She was full of life and enjoyed her beer and cigarettes. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her family, friends and all of those whose lives she touched.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W.
