Summer Camp at the Maumus Center

The Maumus Center, St. Bernard Parish School’s premier science facility, will open its doors for two one-week summer science camps. Students entering grades 1 through 6 can register for either or both of the week-long camps.

The sessions will focus on enhancing students’ curiosity and knowledge of physical, earth, life, space, and environmental sciences. Future scientists will immerse themselves in hands-on activities designed to stimulate creative thinking and deepen scientific understanding. Daily planetarium shows will also be a part of this dynamic summer camp experience.

Session 1: June 18 – 22

Session 2: June 25-29

Time: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Cost: $150.00 per week

Ages: Entering 1st grade through students entering 6th grade

Registration packets are available at www.sbpsb.org/sciencecamp or by visiting the St. Bernard Parish School District’s Central Office at 200 East St. Bernard Hwy.

Completed registration forms and checks, money orders, or cash can be submitted to the Central Office weekdays between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
