St. Bernard Parish Government has received a number of calls regarding the closure of Paris Road. Parish President Guy McInnis wants residents and businesses to know that Paris Road will not close during the overlay project.
The Department of Transportation and Development has started an overlay project of Paris Road from the Paris Road Bridge to St. Bernard Highway. The work will be completed nightly from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Paris Road will remain open in both directions while the work is completed.
