Chalmette Refining is proud to once again be a sponsor of the Knights of Nemesis’ “Hook a Kid on Fishing Rodeo.” The rodeo is being held on June 16-17, 2017 at Campo’s Marina in Shell Beach, La.
Chalmette Refining’s $5,000 donation is going toward fishing poles, fishing towels, ditty bag s and t-shirts for participating children.
“This is the second year Chalmette Refining has sponsored the rodeo,” said Elizabeth Ellison-Frost of Chalmette Refining’s Community Relations Department. “We are excited that so many kids will experience one of Louisiana’s favorite pastimes.”
