Chad Clark, commander of the Criminal Investigations Bureau, was a guest speaker at a recent Leadership St. Bernard class which focused on St. Bernard’s rich history, including the recovery in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and the critical role of law enforcement in rebuilding efforts.
