The St. Bernard Volunteers for Family and Community, Inc. (SBVFC) Christmas Fund Raiser will be on Saturday, December 3 at the Maumus Center in Arabi, La. Doors will open at 11am, with lunch being served at 11:30, and the fashion show, featuring some of our prior scholarship winners as models, at 12:30 pm. Luncheon / fashion show tickets are $20.00 and may be purchased by calling Shirley Pechon (504-250-3641). There will be a raffle drawing at 1:30 pm with proceeds going to scholarships for graduating high school seniors who are residents of St. Bernard Parish. Tickets are $1.00. Carolyn Little, Committee member, Calli Evans, model, and Nora Egan, Committee Co-Chair are seen in front of topiary trees, which will adorn the luncheon tables.
