Jesse Alan Reynolds

Jesse Alan Reynolds entered into the loving and safe embrace of his Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ on February 21, 2017.

Jesse was the precious, beloved son of James Franklin & Judith Maria Reynolds and cherished brother of Caleb Reynolds, Joy Reynolds, Casey Reynolds-Spears, and Jason Shaw.  Jesse was 26 years of age. He lived in Clinton, LA but for the first 15 years of his life he lived in Violet, LA. He attended Feliciana Baptist Church.

As a child, he was sweet, adventurous, and full of life.  He was a kind-hearted, patient son and brother who loved his family.  God gifted Jesse as a talented artist who could draw and paint beautifully.  Jesse enjoyed and loved nature.  His unique way with animals was evidenced in  the many pets that loved him.  He was especially fond of birds and cats.  Jesse was a loyal, hard-worker and always willing to help someone in need.  He was very easy to get along with and loved by many.  Words cannot describe how much we love and miss our Jesse.  He was a beautiful gift from God.

He leaves behind his parents, siblings, brother-in-law Josh Spears, sister-in-law Tamara Shaw, grandmother Barbara Fettet Reynolds, grandmother Maria Fletes McGee, grandfather-grandmother Kenneth & Susan McGee, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who love him dearly.   His departure from us was preceeded by his grandfather Harold Reynolds, great grandparents Paula Fletes, Elsie Reynolds, and Ellen & Jim Lyons.

Jesse’s favorite scripture since a little boy was John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only, begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
