Preceded in death by her loving parents, June Ann Demarest Nastasi and Philip Thomas Nastasi, her nephews, Matthew Paul Michon, Scott Philip Blanchard, and her brother-in-law, Victor Michon.
A traveling homemaker for 25 years, her life’s path took a change and she came home to Louisiana. Pulling upon all her countless skills, she followed her heart and the advice of a Chinese fortune cookie… “Use your talents that’s what they are meant for” and utilized her love of art.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in Susan’s memory beginning at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest with her parents in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
