Sherry Lynne Whitley Towle passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at the age of 55. Loving mother of Austin Chase Towle and Ashleigh Layne Towle. Beloved daughter of Charles and “Nappi” Whitley. Sister of Edie Schulz (Wayne), Veneta Gautreaux (the late Edmond), Melissa Gaspard (Brian). Proud aunt of Nicole Tschirn (Robert), Christopher Schulz (Rachel), Tyler Shellabarger, Joshua Gaspard and Amber Gaspard.
Sherry was born on December 18, 1961, in Iuka, MS and moved to St. Bernard Parish when she was 5 months old. Since then she has been a resident of the Greater New Orleans Area. She was baptized as a young teenager and attended Chalmette Church of Christ over the years. She was a graduate of Loyola City College and received her Master’s degree from Our Lady of Holy Cross. Sherry will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her family and friends,
