The Kiwanis Club of St. Bernard awards a First responder each quarter recognizing them for their service and an outstanding moment or life-saving act. At the November 14 meeting of the Kiwanis Club, we are honored to award the 4th Quarter 2017 award to St. Bernard Fire Department Captain Richard Steele.
