Deborah “Debbie” M. Hill, a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at the age of 63.
Loving wife of Kennith Hill. Beloved mother of Melissa McCarthy (Richie), Brandon Whitaker (Lynne) and Jason Whitaker. Daughter of the late Cleveland and Patricia Mayer. Sister of April Cook ( Tommy) and Cindy Forstall (Blake). Proud grandmother of Ashleigh and Nicholas, Chiek, Alexis and Adrianna McCarthy, Zachary and Jolie Whitaker. Great-grandmother of Brayden Dier, Braxtyn, Brynnleigh and Ryder Yates. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Debbie will always be remembered for her dedication to her family, her laughter, loving spirit and spoiling the grandchildren. She was deeply loved and will be sorely missed by all.
Relatives and friends were invited to attend a Memorial Service honoring Debbie at Charbonnet Family Services, 4917 E. Judge Perez Drive on Friday, January 19, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation was at 9:00 a.m. in the chapel.
She will be laid to rest at a later date.
