St. Bernard Parish President Guy McInnis and the St. Bernard Parish Council would like to invite everyone to attend the 13th Annual Hurricane Katrina Commemorative Ceremony.
The commemoration will be held at the Katrina Monument in Shell Beach on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at 11:30 a.m.
