Chrissy Lynn Maltese passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at the age of 40. Beloved daughter of Nolan Maltese and Jane DiCarlo Maltese. Loving mother of Corynn Melerine and her father Wesley Melerine. Sister of Julie Murr (Steve), Sharon Foto and Nancy Maltese. Granddaughter of the late Cashmere Maltese and Louise Estopinal Maltese & Edward DiCarlo and Helen Pererro DiCarlo. Proud aunt of Josie Mustacchia, Carlie Maltese, Brittani Mustacchia, Kayla Maltese, Martin Mustacchia III, Haven Perelli, Marissa Munster, Karyn Murr, and Noah Murr. Great aunt of Gabriel Rodriguez, Zoey Bryant, Lennon Meloncon, Zane Bryant and Martin Mustacchia IV. Also survived and fondly remembered by many cousins and friends.
Chrissy was born on July 10, 1978, in New Orleans, LA and was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. She was a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School and Nunez Community College. She will be forever remembered as a loving and devoted mother with a sweet and generous spirit and never met a stranger. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, September 24, 2018, from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. She will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
