Much of the discussion this month centered around the Fiscal Year 2019 budget which includes a proposed pay freeze and the reduction/elimination of cost-of-living adjustments, potentially affecting most active and retired federal employees. Ms. Perez assured us she would relay our concerns to Senator Cassidy and his legislative staff.
