Cool weather has finally arrived and that means it’s time for a little fall fun at the St. Bernard Parish Library. Fans of autumn are invited to celebrate sweater weather with some stories, poems, and crafts at the library on Saturday, November 3rd at 10:30 a.m. at the library’s Chalmette location, 2600 Palmisano Blvd.
It’s not quite cold enough to roast marshmallow around a campfire or to start sipping on some delicious hot chocolate, but it is definitely the right time to enjoy some stories about leaves, pumpkins, owls scarecrows, and more. Who knows, we might even have to go on a leaf hunt right in the library’s foyer! Families are encouraged to chill out at the library for this free event. All materials will be provided.
For more info, please visit the library’s main branch, check out our website and Facebook page or call us at 504-279-0448.
