On Wednesday, March 27, 2019 twenty-one 3rd through 5th graders at Arlene Meraux Elementary presented Lion King Kids at the Chalmette Performing Arts Center to an audience of over 200 people!
It was a lively and moving performance filled with talented acting, singing, and dancing. Led by Director Mary Collins, the students put in many hours of practice, and it certainly showed!

Laila Berry, Nevaeh Chauvin, Payten Claflin, Aaron Funez, Malia Nettles, Cadance Pierre, Olivia Vullo, Courtney Whalen, Sebastian Gibson, Samantha Mistretta, Kiany Montes, Sky River Roberts, Arieonna Walker, and LaylaWebb.
