Santa on the Bayou will hold its 21st Christmas Celebration on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at the Los Islenos Heritage and Cultural Complex, located at 1357 Bayou Road, St. Bernard, La. The Christmas Celebration hours are 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or until Santa has given away all his toys. Santa will have over 1,500 gifts to give away to children 12 years and younger.
- Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this will be a drive-through Christmas Celebration
- Vehicles MUST enter the celebration via Highway 46 (4-lane) and must exit on Highway 39 (Bayou Road)
- Santa will greet everyone, but ALL occupants are required to remain inside the vehicle
- Toys will be given to children ages 12 and under
- Strict limit of 5 or less children per vehicle
- Santa will place the gifts inside open trunks or tailgates
- Everyone must wear a mask at all times
The Los Islenos Complex has been beautifully decorated with lights and a narration of the Nativity Story.
