On April 28-29, NARFE Vernon N. Landry Chapter 1398, St. Bernard, hosted the Louisiana Federation 50th Biennial State Conference on the beautiful grounds of the Jackson Barracks Military Museum. Attendees, from all around the state and Texas, enjoyed tours of the facility and delicious lunches catered by Crave and Rocky and Carlo’s.
