Lonny James Nobles

Lonny James Nobles died Saturday, November 19, at the age of 47.  He was born in New Orleans, LA, and was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. Beloved husband of Pamela Reggio Nobles for over 20 years.  Son of Johnny Nobles Sr. and Gayle Guerra Nobles.  Brother of Melanie Nobles Cross (Troy), Terri Nobles Hairston (Bruce), and Johnny Nobles, Jr. (Janel).  Brother-in-law to Wendy Reggio Bailey (James), Dayna Reggio Ostendorf (Mark), and Jules J. Reggio III (Susan).  Lonny was also a dearly loved uncle to several nieces and nephews and lifelong best friend to Lance Theriot.  Lonny was an employee of ConocoPhillips/Phillips 66 since 2004 and held several offices in USW 13-447, including his most recent post as secretary/treasurer. He was previously employed at AMAX Nickel Refining and Wink Engineering. Lonny was a founding member of the Rocky and Carlos Fantasy Football League for over 20 years and was an avid Chicago Cubs, New Orleans Saints, and LSU sports fan.  He was also a lover of dogs – especially his dearly beloved Satchmo & Roux – and a guardian angel to homeless animals everywhere.  His incredibly generous spirit, deep love of family and unmatched sense of humor will be missed by countless family and friends.
