Trist Middle volleyball team entered the Metro Big School Division playoffs with a season overall record: 21-0. After beating Hynes in the semi-finals, the team went on to beat Belle Chasse Academy in the finals. The team ended a perfect season with the title “Metro Volleyball League 1st Place Champs Big Division 7th & 8th Grade 2016.” With a huge smile from a proud coach, Coach Edie Rhodes said, “They worked hard together with Great team effort. The players are very athletic and great kids!!”
