W. Smith, Jr. Elementary participated in the District Beta Club Convention held in Luling, L.A. on November 12. The students placed fifth in Quiz Bowl, won 2nd place in Book Battle, Banner, and T-Shirt Design, and won 1st place in Spotlight Your Club and SongFest categories. They will compete on the State Level in Lafayette in February. Congratulations Superstars!
