Lois Deogracias Campo passed away, peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Roy G. Campo Sr. Loving mother of Marilyn Ruiz (Paul), Roy “Rusty” Campo Jr., Angel Guerra (Anthony) and Ernie Campo. Grandmother of Tara Mankin (Glenn), Paul Ruiz (Jennifer), Roy Campo III, Anthony Guerra III, Kristen Stewart (Buck), Cody Campo (Michele) and Derek Campo (Amanda). Great-grandmother of Austin, Glenn Jr., Hailey, Dylan, Ryan, Molly, Jacob, Cody Jr., Karyn, Kelsey and Destiny. Sister of Barbara Robin, Alice Gifford, Mary Ann Ruiz, the late Dorothy Weiskopf and Peter Deogracias. Special thanks to her dear sisters, sister-in-law Antoinette Campo, family and friends for all their loving care. She will be deeply missed by all, especially her card-playing friends.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2621 Colonial Blvd, Violet, LA on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in St Bernard Catholic Cemetery.
