Cabrini’s Hanna Kennair Signs with Millsaps

Tammy and Bruce Kennair were on hand for their daughter Hanna’s (center) signing with Millsaps. The family resides in Belle Chasse, LA.

Cabrini High School Senior Hanna Kennair has signed with the Millsaps University to play volleyball for that school.

At Cabrini High, Hanna played the position of libero for the Crescent Volleyball team while amassing numerous honors.  As a senior, Hanna is a 2016 Academic All-State Volleyball Player.  She was a 2016 All-District Player as a senior and a 2015 All-District Player as a junior.

Joining her at her signing in Alumnae Hall were her parents, Bruce and Tammy Kennair, her sisters Brenna (’13) and Hayley (’15), grandparents Leroy & Marilyn Kennair, her aunt and godmother Michelle Kennair with her son and Hanna’s cousin Carson Kennair.  Also on hand were Cabrini Head Volleyball Team Coach Kasey Laird (’08), Kirk Maronge, Cabrini Athletic Director, Cabrini Principal Yvonne L. Hrapmann (’76), and Cabrini President Jack Truxillo, along with numerous family members, teammates, classmates and friends.


Cabrini High School is a private, accredited, college preparatory Catholic school for young women grades 8-12. Selective admission, an award-winning science program, and championship-caliber athletics produce the complete woman prepared for college and life. The intimate atmosphere provides an environment of one-on-one instruction and personal attention. Cabrini is located at 1400 Moss Street in historic Faubourg St. John on scenic Bayou St. John.
