Adam “Big Yockey” Henry Patcheco, Jr. passed away at his home surrounded by family on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Patricia Duplessie Patcheco for 47 years. Loving father of Karen Cherie´ Patcheco and Yockey Patcheco. Son of the late Adam Henry Patcheco Sr. and Marie Duplessis Patcheco. Brother of Tina Lang and Wanda Waguespack (Mike). Proud grandfather of Mia Rose Patcheco and Ava Marie Patcheco.
Adam was born on August 28, 1945 in New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. He proudly served his country as a United States Navy Veteran. Adam was a member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Local 37 and the Meraux Lane Posse´.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Military Honors will follow. Interment will be private.
