Members of NARFE (National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees) St. Bernard Chapter 1398 gathered at the Palms Too Restaurant on August 9, 2017, to celebrate the 6th Anniversary of the Chapter’s reformation after Hurricane Katrina. We are so excited by the continued growth in our membership.
