Arlene Meraux Elementary School is proud to announce that our students recently participated in the St. Bernard Parish Elementary Fitness Meet 2019 with Coach Rob Gilchrist and Coach Woody Mulkey and the students came in 1st Place! Here are the awards that our students have won at the Meet!

- Rayshawn Bangham 2nd place in the 600 yard Run
- Kyler Tipton 1st place in the Shuttle Run, 1st place in the 600 yard Run, 2nd place in the Standing Long Jump.
Girls:
- Jasmine Diaz 1st place in the Shuttle Run, 1st place in the Standing Long Jump, 2nd place in the Curl Ups, 2nd place in the 600 Yard Run.
