The Kiwanis meeting held on June 15th at noon at Rocky & Carlo’s had Josh Moran, St. Bernard Councilman District B, as their guest speaker. Mr. Moran gave an update on the happenings in District B and St. Bernard Parish. Questions were asked about term limits to Councilpersons’ 2 – 4 year terms to any elected office. Then they must change from District and/or At-Large position, or move to another District. Then it all can be repeated.
