Andrew Jackson Middle School Cooking Club Enjoys Annual Luncheon at Antoine’s

Culinary Club Members include: Isabella Meyer, Karter Wheeler, Roman Jacques, Kayden Mitchell, April Munoz, Mason Mones, Manuel LaNoue, Madelyn Izatt, Max McCarty, Sebastian Gagliano, and Mason Rivet.

The Andrew Jackson Middle School cooking club, along with moderator Robert Zanca, was recently treated to delicious culinary fare during their annual luncheon at Antoine’s Restaurant in New Orleans. Their server Jordan Chambers – a former student of Mr. Zanca’s and a CHS graduate – mesmerized the group with his presentation of the world famous flaming Baked Alaska, which was provided through the generosity of Antoine’s.
