Carol Elizabeth Roques passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at the age of 58. She was the beloved daughter of Eunice E. Roques and the late Gabriel J. Roques Sr. Sister of Linda Roques McElroy and the late Gabriel J. Roques Jr. She is also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
Carol was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish who enjoyed many simple pleasures, especially spending time with family, friends, her beloved pet Layla, and her lifetime friend Debbie Bourgeios. She is a former graduate of P.G.T. Beauregard High School, Class of 1977 and former employee of Crescent Plywood and Southern Scrap.
She was well loved and will be deeply missed by her family and by all those whose lives she touched.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, November 20, 2017, beginning at 12:30 p.m.
